imageop functions pretty similarly to another club that already exists on DA: onewordphoto ([link]) You guys can learn by just checking out their site.

There should be one journal dedicated to FAQs, one to rules, stuff like that. generally journals also "Feature" the winner of each competition.

In the Artist's Comments of each submission there should be a warning saying "This is a club submission, do not fav" And credit should be given to the submitting artist (though because this is a public site and numerous artists are under aged, last names should be shortened initials or maybe omitted in general)
